The Australian Government is providing $13.6 million in grant funding over four years from 2011–12 under the Digital Hubs program to help communities gain the skills needed to maximise the benefits provided by the National Broadband Network (NBN).

Seven public libraries in South Australia are participants in the Digital Hubs program.

Each library’s Digital Hub offers various training programs on Internet and technology products.
